We are seeking an Associate Brand Campaign Manager to join our Brand Operations team. The Associate Brand Campaign Manager is responsible for assisting in managing digital advertising campaigns across the TechTarget network to achieve the marketing objectives of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of being highly detail-oriented, self-organized, and a critical thinker; excel at working under tight deadlines and open to future customer service-oriented support for our clients. Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage multiple aspects of online banner advertising campaigns, including deliverables review, campaign setup and implementation, monitoring campaign performance, and reporting.
  • Project management of internal or external custom requests associated to brand campaigns and products.
  • Set up and confirm all creative media to ensure proper functionality, accurate placement, targeting, and rotation.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on performance of banner campaigns.
  • Roll up post-campaign highlights, key takeaways, and future campaign recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery and technical issues with third-party technologies and provide solutions for internal departments.
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks of display advertising campaigns across the TechTarget network.
  • Serve as a Brand expert and provide first-rate customer service to our clients and sales teams

Knowledge, skill, and abilities required:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Agile, with the ability to multitask in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while displaying strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate effectively on the phone, in person, and via email.
  • Independent self-starter, with the ability to take initiative and exhibit good judgment.
  • Critical thinker who can analyze data and work to find creative solutions to an issue.
  • Confident personality that can manage client relationships and quickly learn new technologies, applications, and processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Working understanding of online ad-related technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Google Ad Manager, etc.) preferred but not required.
