Manager, Brand Operations

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail oriented, and operationally savvy Brand Operations Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate has the ability to multi-task and stay organized while working on a variety of different projects and managing team members within a fast-paced environment. This person will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and will manage team members across the organization to help with various product marketing and operational support as required.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide guidance, including creating process documentation, answer questions, etc. to team members who will serve as project management support for a variety of brand campaigns and projects,
  • Manage the day to day of team members, monitoring workload, and assigning projects and accounts,
  • Manage a team of individuals who will perform operational needs with a focus on ensuring brand campaign setup and fulfillment requirements are met. This includes daily tasks like branner setup across various systems, campaign updates, campaign performance monitoring, forecasting, optimizations, etc.,
  • Work closely with various internal teams to identify, troubleshoot and resolve brand campaign issues and identify recommendations for process improvements; and
  • Create and maintain best practices and create documentation and checklists to share across the team.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required,
  • Strong attention to detail,
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel & PPT,
  • 3-5 years’ experience managing brand campaigns, people and workload monitoring,
  • Ability to multi-task with excellent time management and organizational skills,
  • Ability to prioritize and manage many simultaneous tasks and priorities with great efficiency,
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative and be self-motivated, and
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with any of the following platforms; Google Ad Manager (a necessary requirement for the position), AdDaptive, Xandr, Airtory, Zendesk, etc.
