TechTarget is seeking a Customer Success Enablement Specialist to support one of the fastest growing areas of our business! In this strategic and tactical role, you will join the Customer Success Enablement team in directly impacting customer perception of TechTarget by producing custom client deliverables and analysis for post-sales support teams so they are fully equipped to drive satisfaction, secure product renewals, and encourage client account growth.

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success Enablement, this entry-level role will not only collaborate cross-functionally but will yield high-profile exposure across the organization and considerable growth opportunity.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Generate custom deliverables (e.g. emails, reports, PPT presentations, Executive Summaries) that effectively communicate value and align with the Account’s engagement strategy/Customer Success Roadmap;
  • Assist in capturing, documenting, analyzing, and sharing program performance metrics;
  • Understand and effectively leverage data insights to drive customer satisfaction and shape perception of TechTarget;
  • Collaborate with members of the post-sales support team (Customer Success, Sales, Operations, etc.) to understand and problem solve for unique Account dynamics and objectives;
  • Monitor and identify Customer trends across select accounts to uncover strengths or risks;
  • Assess and prioritize tasks based on due dates, difficulty and resources/input required;
  • Manage time effectively to produce quality deliverables that are client-ready, achieve the goals of the deliverable, and meet deadlines; and,
  • Use, track, and communicate status of your activity in our workflow management tool, Zendesk.
  • Assist with long-term projects that support the larger Customer Success Enablement team efforts.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • 0 – 2 years’ experience;
  • Marketing, Sales and/or SaaS Technology interest (or experience);
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills and proficiency in using data in communication;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word;
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; and,
  • Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and passion for Customer Success.
